I use the FULL name when he's being a bad or stupid boy, but I also use his FULL name occasionally while in bed. Nothing better than confusing him and keeping him on his toes.

Wives should sit quietly with their hands folded.

Nonsense. How are they supposed make my sammich like that?

    Sit? What's wrong with kneel?

    Bad knee

    knee pads

    You're very forgiving.

I would have said it was time for a new one.

My husband says he knows if I'm upset, if I even just use his first name when addressing him, instead of sweetheart or another endearment. If I used his middle name in anger, I may go without sex for awhile.... thinking of his mom would not be a turn on for him. I do use first and last when joking around yelling if he does something stupid, joking around.

I confess I don't have a husband, but I can't imagine calling a grown man by his full name when I am upset with him. That's actually kind of funny!
