Hi, my name is Francis, and I am looking for a place to help me loose the weight and live a better life style. I have been working at living a better life style, but I would like to be able to talk to others who are trying to loose some weight (40 #). I am a Type 2 diabetic, I do not have to take Rx, but I do have to lose the weight around my stomach.
