Goals goals goals goals...
1. Add 2 morning cardio workouts to my 5 evenings.
2. Heal enough to start running again. And then start running again.
3. 8 pounds down. I'm going to pass my 2nd MFP goal of 195 (turns out I've got more to lose!!! gah!)
4. Keep "going out" (i.e. dinner and drinks or just drinks) to 1 night a week.
5. 10 chin-ups with the assist at 80.
I think that's it... oh and BE AWESOME. wait! GOAL REACHED!!0 -
One of my initial goals was to be under 300# by Thanksgiving. That's only 10 more pounds, so I think I need to readjust that figure and push it a little. New goal is 295# by Thanksgiving.0

its my o/h birthday and we have a big family night out and i have not seen the family since our holidays in august (my weight at this holiday time was 191 lb) so it will be interesting to see if anyone notices i have lost weight
so far todate i have lost 15 lb, by the celebration it could be at least 19 lb, i bet no-one notices though . (not that i'm at all bothered) .....we'll see aye0 -
