Hello from Connecticut...

Hello everyone, my name is Nelson, I'm 49 years old and I live in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I started working out about 4 years ago, I'm 5'7" and my starting weight was 225 lbs, I went down to 170 lbs and from a size 38 to a size 32 waist. Recently between the muscle I've put on at the gym and the extra weight that I've regained, I'm currently at 186 lbs, but because I was heavy for so long it took it's toll on my knees and I'm now bone on bone on both knees. So my plan is to get down to 160 lbs but still maintain my muscle. It would certainly help to reduce the pressure on my knees and hopefully help curb the pain.
And that's why I'm here. :-)
