    So far I have never found one that doesn't taste like Miracle Whip/salad dressing. I just use the real stuff and try to limit my use of it.

    I do like honey mustard, not sure if the calories for that are any better, as well as Asian sweet chili sauce.

    Mustard usually only runs about 5-15 calories. :)

    I had no idea, so after I saw your post I went and looked. You are right, a serving (1 tsp) is 10 calories! What a wonderful surprise, definitely going to start eating it again, I haven's since I started my weight-loss journey!
