    Hello! How is everyone doing? I am off to a good start. I enjoy my cocktails but have been cutting back on that to cut out extra calories. It is working:)

    Doing ok. I need to do better, I went 557 calories over yesterday, but I know exactly why so I wont make the same mistakes today or tomorrow :)

    im doing ok so far but keep getting these cravings late at night for sweets and they r driving me crazy for the last two nights ive had to grab an oreo just so i can calm it down and i had to give away all the babies halloween candy cuz having easy access to it was also not a good idea lol

    Sarah-knowing what you are doing wrong is half the battle! Me, like mcanals123...I have been eating my 22 months old's Halloween candy everynight! I fought the anxiety inside that I had, wanting to go back in there-but I beat it:)

The good thing is I cut out any alcohol, now I have to cut out the candy! The other night I had tea w/ honey, and then never went back to the kitchen. I fought the anxiety inside that I had, wanting to go back in there-but I beat it:)

    Logging makes you so much more aware, why did I ever quit??? Oh, because I got pregnant and totally ate everything in sight lol. Well the old Sarah is back!!!!!

    I know I'm a little late jumping in, but I really feel like I need some extra motivation/accountability this month (especially with Thanksgiving coming up). So if it's okay with all of you, I'd like to join up.

    What I will do: Continue to log my food every day; increase my workouts to at least 3 days/week; Continue to search for healthier options when shopping; create a menu and stick to it to cut back on being overwhelmed by choices each meal
    Motivation: Keeping up with my boyfriend's 2 year old son; proving to myself that I can get this weight off; Having more energy to do all the housework that needs to get done.

    Thanks for reminding me Sarah! We are now 5 days into the month! Don't blow it over the weekend, I think for most that is the hardest time to stick to things, you are not on the same schedule like you are throughout the workweek!

    I am running my 'race' on Sunday so I will be carb loading tomorrow and resting on Monday. But I will try to get on here at some point!
