What did you eat to get heavy?

    Portion sizes and too much fizzy juice!!

    Still don't have an off switch when it comes to pasta or cheese (although cheese makes me unwell now so I don't have it often).

    Once I started logging food into MFP, became much moer aware of how many calories I was actually consuming and started to cut down from there, when I started PT and marathon training my trainer took a look at my diary and I was very heavy on the carbs so my macros were adjusted and losing on average a kilo a week at the moment.

    Add on to mine - Basically:

    1. High carb breakfast - not unusual to eat 3-4 bowls of sugar cereal
    2. High carb lunch
    3. Sweet treat almost every day at work
    4. Desk job for 10+ hrs a day
    5. High carb dinner right before bed
    6. No exercise
