I also remember buying loads of raspberry ketones because I read a bunch of stupid articles on how they burn fat quicker...haha yeah whatever. I took them for a week, and broke out like a MOTHER****ER and the worst headaches - not worth it. If they would have worked I'll never know, but I 99.9% doubt a pill will make me drop pounds.
