    its hard on this site!! go to photobucket.com upload your pics, pick share to website, pick img and copy and paste to this! once you get it on here switch both IMG to lower case and then post!

    I'm now down to 154.5 pounds :) I will probably do another update on pictures at like 145 and then my final weight :)

    Well first they were too big...now they are kinda small lol.

    Mine is more of an "in progress" pic, but it was a momentous occasion! Please disregard my face in the "in progress" pic, I was trying to replicate the "before" LOL.

    I'm trying again! I'm 5'4" and I've lost 60 lbs.

    This is awesome Im 5'4" and started at 195 and my goal weight is 135 Im currently 166 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE MOTIVATION!!

    hmmm...when you go to PB and chose post to website...make sure you copy the WHOLE link..i think there is a /jpg/ on the front of it too?? then just change both JPGs to lower case and viola!!

    it brings up the boxes where the pictures should be, but it just says the images have been moved or deleted. it doesn't make any sense. the links are right and take you directly to the pictures if you click the urls.
