I try to mainly focus on eating a clean, plant based diet. I buy lots of produce, lemons, apples, bananas, strawberries, dates, watermelon, blueberries, blackberries, mangos and whatever produce is on sale for that week. For dinner I eat a big, green salad with lots of veggies. Other things I buy, soy milk coffee creamer, coffee, natural granola, yogurt, eggs, almond milk, rice, coconut oil, kind and Laura bars.

    Hope that helps!

Whole wheat sandwich bread (I like wonderbread!)
    Miracle Whip (calorie-wise)
    Tuna
    Sliced turkey breast or ham
    Eggs
    Individual Greek yogurts
    String cheese
    Apples
    Bananas
    Berries (whatever's on sale)
Frozen dinners (typically indian-style or turkey-dinner style, less than 350 calories)
    Hummus
    Crispbread or crackers
    Pita bread
    Pizza sauce
    Lowfat shredded cheese
    Pickled vegetables (love beets)
    Frozen hamburgers (low fat)
    Frozen fish fillets
    Frozen chicken
    Low fat frozen french fries
    Frozen sweet potato fries

I'm a big fan of frozen stuff that I can just throw in the oven.

Pretty much 80% of my meals for the week are made from the above ingredients.

    eggs
bread (for my boyfriend, i'm diabetic and low carb)
cheese (love cheese, normally get american, cheddar, mozzarella, and feta lol)
    chicken
lunch meat (normally turkey, but also somepepperoni and salami that will stay good for awhile)
    egg whites
    sugar free creamer
    sugar free jello
    lettuce and baby spinach
    zuchinis
    peppers
    pita chips
    salsa
    carrots
    onions
i normally get at least two types of salad dressing. right now i'm loving garlic italian vinaigrette.
    Oatmeal
I buy everything to bake from scratch and keep those ingredients around so I can substitute with splenda and have a low-carb post insulin snack. right now I'm out of unsweetened cocoa powder, so that's on the list.
I'll normally also get some frozen pizzas and frozen burrittos for my boyfriend to eat when I work late.
I love salsa, but the pita chips are not that low carb, so I normally buy some type of veggie to cut up and make into "chips"
