I looooove Happy Scale. I weigh in every AM and the fluctuations don't bother me at all because I see that line heading down steadily. I used to weigh in once a week, but I like to weigh in at least 3 mornings a week. Helps me make better food choices because I'm less likely to eat poorly for several days in a row & reason that I can compensate "later" to still reach weight goals.0
