Suggestions on a diet plan

I am 50 yrs old, 5' 2" and 118 lbs. I love myfitnesspal and have been consistently logging in for approx. 20 days now. I think this App has helped me tremendously in losing 2 lbs already. My goal is 110 lbs. However....I do not see any changes in a more toned body for instance, around my waist and triceps. I think it's my diet even though I'm normally a couple hundred calories under everyday. Any suggestions on what I should be eating?
My workout:
Treadclimber - 30 mins, 7 days a week
Strength training - 30 mins, 3 days a week
My diet:
Lots of fruits
Some veggies
Some meat
Some sweets (chocolate, ice cream)
Thanks for any suggestions!

What you eat doesn't matter. If you want to retain muscle and lose fat (leading to looking more "toned") just eat at a deficit and lift heavy.0
