The boobs are usually the 1st thing to deflate on a woman! I wish mine would stay when I lose these 80lbs, I was a C before & I'm hoping now that I'm not training like mad for competitive swimming that my current DDs will only deflate to a D lol

I was just *****ing about this. I'm still a full DD cup. yeah look at that ticker... STILL a FREAKING REALLY REALLY FULL DD. Now to be fair, I was a 42DDD when I started this little adventure. I'm now a muffin topping 38DD. For ****s and giggles I tried on my old bra (I'm hanging on to that bad boy) I had a good couple a few inches to spare in the cups.(My guy picked it up and thought it was just HILARIOUS that one cup fit his head... like a terrible terrible hat... ok it was pretty funny.

Having been thin before I know my band size will drop to 36- the girls however will likely always be in the D's I'm just hoping to get to a single letter so I can find bras with less drama. I'm also hoping they'll perk up a bit- they're starting to stare at the floor.:grumble:
  • I have the same issue!! I have lost 17lbs now and noticing changes most in my tummy and my legs. I am down a back size in bra but cup size is the same (F). Very annoying as I think I look more out of proportion than I did before..! Hoping it will all just take time though.. fingers crossed!! xx

Yes dealing with this is a problem, I wear the Glamorise sports bra in a 44F, and right now I have not 1, not 2, but 3 extenders on it! So hopefully as I lose the weight I can just take off the extenders 1 by 1 and toss in the trash!

I'm really glad I found this thread! I've lost about 10 pounds since this time last year and would like to lose another 8-10. I'm STILL the same cup size as when I started (DD), and I was wondering...

Has this changed for any of you since November??? I see that a lot of you have lost some weight since then.

I just filed a claim with my insurance company to get a reduction because I hate having large breasts. I've got a feeling they might reject it, so I'm hoping the last 8-10 will take away a cup or so :o/

Unfortunately, I have gone from having a 44F when I started to a 36J!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have shrunk, but not nearly as much as the rest of me, so my cup size has actually gone up. I have a little over 25 pounds to go still, so maybe they'll shrink a bit, but I'm not holding out much hope for anything smaller than a DD.

Me too, guys, but as someone said if you are naturally bigger and always have been, there's probably not a lot of hope.
I'm only 5'0", and I'd love to be a C. When I was 105-125 lbs I was a D, then I gained and am a DD almost DDD now. I am hoping that I can at least get to a D again. I worry that I won't... I hope they aren't stuck at this size!!

I was a solid B cup all through high school & college, and then slowly started to creep up as the years passed and I gained 40 pounds... to a C, then a D, and finally to a DDD. I'm doubtful I'll drop back to a B, but I would like to get down to either a regular D or a C if I'm lucky.

It seems that the boobs are an easy place for me to gain weight, but a hard place to take it off. I've lost 6 inches in my hips, but nothing noticeable in my chest. I bought new good-fitting bras when I started trying to lose weight, so they'll be a good marker for me as I move away from my highest weight toward my goal weight.
