I was told I started drinking coffee when I was a small child, so I've been at it for 50 years. I never had any problem with sleeping after drinking coffee, even right before bed. And after drinking Navy coffee, what most folks call strong is not. But a few years back my wife started having problems with caffeine, so I gradually cut back on it over several months. Now I do a blend with 90% decaf {Folgers and Starbucks Italian Dark Roast} and 10% caffeinated {Black Silk} that gives me a little lift without messing her up. And I have cut back to 5 or 6 cups a day. I have a cup with every meal, but after I get through eating. Since I feel a little rusty when I first get up, holding the iron in check can't be a bad thing.0
