    Kellogg's All Bran Buds

    Nutrition Facts

    Serving Size 1/3 cup
    Calories 80 (kcal)
    Total Fat 1 g
    Sodium 210 mg
    Sugar 8 g
    Dietary Fiber 13 g

Would be odd with milk, imho, but great in a parfait/yoghurt.

I have been skipping breakfast for years, and usually eat something at around 11 am. If I am busy, I push it back further.

I am typing this at 6 am and just the thought of stuffing my face with a bowl of sugary, crunching crap is revolting.

You should try stuffing your face with something else. 11 am...6 am....10 pm.....literally any time during the day. Literally, you should STUFF IT.

    Nice try, dolts.

We all know what breakfast means in the traditional sense.

People associate waking up with chowing down food.

If you are trying to lose weight, this is not the thing to do.

Yes, clearly that yogurt I chowed down this morning is doing me more harm than good.

I dont recommend cereal to keep you full. The serving size is pitiful once you weigh it out...

But it tops beautifully for ice cream!

Mmm that sounds really good. Frozen yogurt may be good too with Fibre 1 on top.. Or frosted flakes for less health but more yums.
