I'm pigging out. Probably won't stuff myself silly (or hell, maybe I will!) but I'm definitely not counting calories. There isn't anything wrong with going crazy one day, but you just have to get back to your daily routine after.
Thanksgiving, for me, isn't about rewarding myself with food or even looking forward to all my favorites. Mostly because I'm vegetarian now and I'm not really sure what my favorites are yet. It's about about ONE day, just one freakin' day where I'm not logging food and I'm just enjoying the little things life has to offer. Then back to business as usual.0 -
I am the cook and after spending all day cooking, I usually don't eat that much at dinner. Leftovers over the next several days will be my downfall.0
