    Here is an insight you might not here any where else..

    First of all you are ultra depleted which means the type of training you are doing is not Fitness its an addiction to exertion fatique..and a Barbarian at the gate approach to your body..

    You should be feeling a life force.. a life force so amazing that you can rip off your clothes to the world walk bare naked down the middle of Main street and be Damn proud of it..

    Hers what i recommend.. do not work out for 72 hours.. end of story..

    Whats happening is you have so many lipolytic enzymes scavenging ever once of skeletal tissue that they are robbing you of food energy..life force and will power

    Please take a cool shower first thing every morning and again before bed..turn thermostate down to mid 70 to try and recharge adrenalin glands. Your thermal core temp is simply running way to hot and the ratio of brown adipose to white adipose is out of balance for your feminine frame.

    next calculate your protein number ( Pn#) .. defined as your baseline biometric of your metabolic need..

    this will be the hardest to do or to acknowledge as the truth . As to properly restore life force you will need a protein cocktail. which is the combination of a whole food protein, a substrate protein and/ or adjunct proten.. thes ethree come from different sources all in one sitting..

    Doing so will reboot and replensihed your incredibly depleted system..

    Your protein number (Pn#) is mother natures master metabolic key.. once you have this pinpointed its yours for life..dont loose it..

    OP here. i read that fast and felt a sense of doom and kind of took him seriously when i saw the protein cocktail and pessimism bit lol.

    so i skip for like40 minutes every day. i feel good when i exercise but but...
    earlier i used to go running and it is the same thing. like how can you exercise when you dont want to lose more weight. and its monsoon here and cosy and i dont want to move, period :(

    perhaps someone could tell me how to start strength training? i used to do the sun salutation which is part of yoga but i have serious doubts about its efficacy as exercise. i also tried crunches and pushups and was a complete fail. crunches- because i am paranoid i will break my back. push ups- because my back just doesnt stay straight.

    yeah i am all wobbly and skinny
