    May i ask what your eating program consist of and if you were on any protein shakes and energy
    i am trying to loose 20lbs and i am having a hard time my program consist of
    breakfast- herbal life protein shake
    snack under 200 calories
    lunch- light protein food
    snack under 200 calories
    dinner- herballife protein shake
    exercise- 30 min to an hour 3x week
    only lost 4lbs in 2 months
    any help would be appreciated

    Thank you so much to everyone for the encouraging and supportive words. It's a big change from the comments I received when the proposal video was played on our local news site. People commented on the article saying things like "at least she'll keep him warm" and "lumber Jill". :-( thank you again for your kindness :-)
