I am 41 and have found the weight creeping on now that I am not 25 anymore. I had an account ages ago and never really used it, But I got a Fitbit and saw it can sync with MFP and decided to jump in. I would love to lose 20 pounds, but my goal for now is 10, and I will re-evaluate when I get there.

I can be a little obsessive and I am OBSESSED with the Fitbit right now, so hopefully it will give me the psychological kick-start I need!

I have been reading all the stickies and recent posts, soaking up info.

    Good luck, you're starting off right with small goals that are realistic. Now just stay on plan and don't get discouraged when things don't go as planned, one day at a time.
