Folks, we are on the 20th page of this thread. After we reach a total of 500 comments (the 25th comment on this 20'th page), the topic will roll over to a new thread. You will no longer be able to make comments on this thread. However, at the bottom of this page (once we hit 500), there will be 2 links that says " continued at this topic" and "last part of this topic is here". If you see these 2 links, click the "continued at this topic" link. "this topic" will be blue. From there you will be able to continue logging.

If you get lost, go to the group page at: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/21182-monthly-running-challange
And I will try and make sure I add the link to the rolled over topic. The rolled over topic will be called, "July Running Challenge (Part 2)" . If you are interested in joining the August Running Challenge, I will be posting a link for it in both the Group page and in the rolled over topic. That will probably happen Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Everyone is doing great with some of you hitting or close to hitting your goals. Many of you are doing something like this for the very first time and are doing great things. Keep up the great work, everyone.

Beautiful Friday morning for a run with my sweet young lady of a daughter. Added 2.5. Still way behind on my challenge goal but I'm getting a lot of variety in my exercise and feel great!

This is my first post. I've been on MFP for about two and half months. I started C25K 5 weeks ago. I never really thought I actually could run but since I started I absolutely love running. I'm a little late for July but I'll just add my miles that I did this month. I look forward to participating fully in August. I use MapMyRun to track my mileage and a C25K app which does by minutes. If I need to do something else to participate please let me know. The forums tend to be a bit confusing to me.

    July so far:

    7/1 1.9 miles
    7/2 2.57 miles
    7/3 3.25 miles
    7/4 1.75 miles
    7/7 3.08 miles
    7/8 3.11 miles
    7/9 2.47 miles
    7/11 3.05 miles
    7/12 1.93 miles
    7/14 2.51 miles
    7/16 3.13 miles
    7/17 2.37 miles
    7/18 3.1 miles
    7/21 2.74 miles
    7/23 2.66 miles
    7/25 1.5 miles
    7/26 2.79 miles
