    I heated the wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds and laid the American cheese in the middle of it.. Sauteed the Zucchini and Mushroom in PAM for a couple of minutes, added the egg whites. Cooked. I put the egg mixture on top of the cheese in the wrap and wrapped that sucker up and enjoyed!

    Total Calories - 181

    I can't post my breakfast today because it was donut and bagel day at work, lol.

    An omelet with;

    Standard breakfast during muscle building diet phase-
    4 whole eggs
    .3 cups 2* cheddar cheese
    4 slices wheat bread

    596 calories, 55g carbs, 28g fat, 42g protein

    This morning I had a larger breakfast which was-
    2 whole eggs
    3 slices wheat bread
    1/4 cup cheese
    1 cup milk
    2 scoops protein powder
    1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter

    773 calories, 55g carbs, 33g fat, 75g protein

    BTW, you guys who throw out your egg yolks are nuts. The yolk has all the nutrients of the egg, and the fat is good fats, akin to the omega-3 fatty acids in fish. It has a lot of cholesterol, but more dietary cholesterol leads to less cholesterol produced in the liver. The only people who should avoid dietary cholesterol are those who already have high cholesterol issues.

    Two egg mushroom omelette with one slice of toast, low fat spread and a cup of tea.

    Sometimes I have scrambled egg (one egg) on toast and a cup of tea

    I do not throw out the yolks either, I love the yolks
