    I would like to join the challenge! I started today. Just came back from the gym. Didn't get a chance to do the dvd...but will be doing it in the morning.

    Hi!
    My package is supposed to come tomorrow (Thursday), so I will be a late start as well.
    Do you know if those containers are to hold one meal, or a days worth of food? I couldn't figure that out.
