I had my son 3 months ago and weigh as much as I did when I was 9 months pregnant. My weakness is papa johns Barbie Q pizza and anything sweet. Enjoyed eating a lot while pregnant and I'm pretty sedentary when I used to run and do spin class regularly. Now the weight gain kills my knees. So I guess it's walking for a while and dieting.0
