    This is great news! I also moved from Iowa in July 2011 to Idaho and put on more weight than I ever have. We ha e a lot of similarities between us. I'm proud of you and your transformation! Keep up the good work! Friend me, I'm curious to hear where from Iowa you are from!

    You're so inspiring! I started at 370 or so, too. I have lost 110 over the last 4 years, but finding it difficult to lose the other 100 I need to lose. You're doing wonderful! Congradulations!
