Boil for 5 mins, let sit in water off the heat for 20 mins, then take them out and hold under cold running water for a few seconds each. Peels easily after that.0

I crack the egg, then roll it and it comes off easy
^^This! It works amazingly EVERY TIME  BTW, this entire thread makes me laugh. Oh the things people will do to peel an egg0 -
salt will definitely do the trick so add salt in the boiling water0

place cold eggs in cold water. Boil for desired minutes. Rinse in cold water. works every time.
P.S. - Older eggs peel easier than fresher eggs.0 -
Don't ever use fresh eggs.
Put eggs in a pot, cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat and cover, for 20 minutes.
Rinse under cold water and let them sit in the cold water (I usually use a strainer and then let them sit in the strainer back in the pot). Once they are cool to the touch put them in the fridge until you're ready to eat them.
To peel, crack on the table and then roll around a little bit to break the shell up. Should peel no problem.
The biggest thing is not using really fresh eggs, but I've used this method even with fresh and they've still peeled pretty well.0
