    Went to a specialty store for buying stuff to make candies and treats for Christmas with my wife Sunday. Saw some Dark chocolate for baking on the shelf. Threw it in with all the other stuff she was getting.

    Soon as we got out to the car, I had to break the bag open and try it. How dissappointing. By the fifth fistful, I realized that baking chocolate was not the quality as the good stuff.
