Talenti not only beats B&J in flavor profile, but macro profile as well.

Well, if you insist...Off for a late night Talenti run!

My favorite is the caramel cookie crunch. It's in my top 5 list of favorite ice creams. Sea salt caramel was good, but a little bit too salty for me (you never know how salty "salted caramel" will be). Raspberries and cream is good, but I found it too plain and sweet.

So far it's salted caramel....but I have German chocolate cake waiting for me in the freezer. I have to go to three different stores to get more variety!

wow I forgot caramel apple pie too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been so long.

Oh crap, so did I! I keep the containers to take to my grandfather's so he can use them for leftovers, and sometimes I'll see a flavor and forget that I ever ate it.

it's probably my favorite. in fact, the last three times i bought talenti it was caramel apple pie. they better not discontinue it. EVER.

The answer to that I'm going to blame mostly on my OCD. First that flavor is my favorite of any gelato or ice cream. 2nd, I like to have some Truffle in every spoon so as the pint winds down I find less off them and I end up getting a new one then finishing the previous one by mixing it in slowly into the new pint. I know, I'm ridiculous.

See? I knew there would be an interesting reason. Oddly enough, I save my truffles til the end of each bowl.

Because of this thread I went and bought some Sea Salt Caramel, because it's been a couple of months since I had that one. Sabotage!

The only one I have detested is the Lisbon Lemon flavor. Yuck!

My favorite at the moment is Southern Butter Pecan.

The one I want to try next is the almond flavor.

I wish I would've bought the limited edition Peppermint flavor during Christmas.

Where do you find all those flavors?

My favorite is sea salt caramel, second is hazelnut, third southern butter pecan. I really want to try German chocolate cake, but haven't seen it anywhere... I think I saw toasted almond once, didn't get it, now no luck. Never seen dulce de leche, anything chocolate raspberry, or chocolate hazelnut. Bah!!!!

Southern Butter Pecan... I also like the Sea Salt Caramel.... I am SO going to try their black cherry one.. My absolute favorite gelato from Paciugo is their black cherry swirl. Those cherries are TO DIE for.. I asked if I could buy them and they said no, they are actually imported from Italy and super expensive. I was really sad. If you don't know what Paciugo is, you should see if there is a location near you. It will change your life. Long story short: Next, I am trying that black cherry one.

    Blood Orange?

Yes--sorbetto one pint----I have half left, just isn't the best taste.

It has been determined, on this day, that the casa needs more Talenti. Off I trot to the store. Salted definitely, maybe one or two flavors mentioned in the thread.

Get some for me too
  • Caramel Cookie Crunch is my absolute favorite. Talenti ruined all other ice cream for me. The quality is so much better, that most of the other brands or flavors just aren't worth it to me any more.

Southern Butter Pecan. . . .just in time for Germany and Argentina. If I eat all 32 ounces I think I may go over my calories for the day....maybe.
