Someone was telling me that halved dried apricots with soft goat cheese and almond was good. I was out of all that and tried it with 3 halved prunes, ricotta fresca and almond slivers. Sounds gross, but it was actually pretty tasty. I forgot that she also added a drop of honey on each, but it was still good without it.

I'm treating myself to a peanut butter cup sundae: ½ cup vanilla ice cream, 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup, 2 Tbsp peanut butter, possibly topped with a dollop of whipped cream.

Peanut butter and jelly smoothie. It's also doubling as half my calories for the day. Costly little sucker. Also a little gritty, but delicious.

6 extra large bananas (about six cups sliced)
    2 cups blueberries
    2 cups strawberries
    2 oz peanuts
    1 oz sesame seed
    1 oz flaxseed
    1oz pumpkin seed
    1 oz almonds
    1 oz cashews
    1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
    1 tsp salt
    16 oz coconut water

Makes four servings of 626 calories each

    Per serving:

    16.6 grams fiber
    17 grams protein
%44 of fat (%20 saturated) with twice the omega 3 as there is omega 6
    Over %40 of B1 B2 and B3 and 32% of B5 and 97% of B6
    %36 folate
    %100 vitamin C
    %44 vitamin E
%23 vitamin K (curse you, vitamin K, I never can get enough of you)
%20 calcium (I never get enough of this every day, either)
All the copper, magnesium, and manganese you need in a day and %44 of zinc
    %29 selenium
    %37 potassium
    %30 iron

A little more salt than is needed %164 I'll do 1/2 tsp next time. I think it will still taste fine.

Mangoes. I haven't decided whether I'll eat them as is, or make some kind of Island pudding/dessert out of them.

Banana and watermelon! It was hot so I didn't want anything heavy, but still had a sweet craving.
