Cocoa powder + Frozen bananas + Blender = Chocolate banana icecream.

Can you give quantities of these? I would love to try this but am not sure of the banana/cocoa powder ratio. Thanks!

I mixed some PB2 Chocolate and some nonfat vanilla greek yogurt together and put it in popsicle molds. I'm about to find out if it was a good idea.

I made a dessert last weekend. 1 tub of fat free yogurt 500g mixed with 500g fat free creme fraise. Into that I mixed desolved sugar free strawverry jelly/jello and poured the mixture on top of 100g of bran flakes in a cheesecake tin. It set like a cheesecake and the flakes softened to make a really nice base. 100 calories per slice and it was yum. Nice with strawberries on top.
