    Oh god, muscle milk. I tried a warm one accidentally. Haven't been able to look at that stuff since.

    I use Trutein and UCAN superstarch before I go to the gym to keep me from pigging out afterwards. I am trying to eat better and this smooths out the cravings, gives me carbs and doesn't spoke the blood sugar.

    Hemavol and Omega Ultima pre and during workout. Can't deal with the caffeine crash so Ultima helps out with focus and energy without crashing.

    More Trutein and creatine after along with BCAA's for the rest of the day to help recovery. I don't always want plain water so I might as well flavor it with BCAA's as oppossed to something else.

    Usually a casein protein drink before bed and Quest bars as my replacement for candy bars.

    I use ON's Pre before workouts. It's a bit pricey but I like the results.

    Since I often workout early in the morning before work, I drink it at home and by the time I get to the gym I'm dialed in and ready to go. My push/pull split (like some else mentioned) is almost like a circuit with short rests and a number of super-sets, including HIIT jump rope. By the time I'm done, I'm just drenched. I definitely think Pre helps me push harder than I would be able to without it.

    Post workout is usually an ON Gold Standard Whey shake.

    During my workout I'm just drinking water. I'm thinking about adding something for during, but just haven't researched what makes the most sense. For a while I was using Cytomax for just a bit of carbs (sugar) but stopped after I ran out because I wasn't sure it made any difference.

    I bought Hemovex, and aside from the pump--- I can do with or without it.

    Strong coffee and 10 minutes before starting my workout creatine, beta - alanyne and BCAA.
  • I drink a cup of coffee for pre-workout. I've tried C4 and I still prefer coffee, cheaper than buying pre-workout in my opinion.
