    I eat something every few hours.. breakfast, lunch and dinner are the biggest meals, I snack between them if necessary.

    I eat 6 times a day. Not because I think it'll help me lose weight, but because I like to eat as often as I can. :)

    I don't really "meal" I tend to graze a little all day long.

    It keeps me from being hungry.

    3 meals and one or two snacks: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.

    I eat 6-8 times a day. None of them are "meals" except maybe dinner. I eat a little something every 2 hours or so starting at 7-8 am and ending at bedtime.

    2 meals and 1 "snack". But all 3 are about 1,000 calories each. My "snack" doesn't involve cooking anything (just bars, fruit, shake, juice, yogurt, cereal etc.)

    At the moment I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I always keep back approx. 100 cals for snack in the evening if I feel I need it.

    real meals? 2, lunch and dinner

    I have a small breakfast that most wouldnt consider a meal, so I'll call it a morning snack :)

    I also have one afternoon snack plus a preworkout snack

    1 proper one usually. I tend to just snack throughout the day and have a main meal in the evening.

    6 egg whites + 1 whole egg
    ½ cup oatmeal
    1 orange or other fruit

    Meal #2
    6–8 ounces lean meat ( chicken / turkey / fish, lean ground beef)
    1 small (6 – 8 oz.) sweet potato, 1 apple

    Meal #3
    6–8 ounces lean meat
    ½ cup of rice
    1 cup vegetables (green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)

    Meal #4
    6–8 ounces lean meat
    1 six oz. baked potato or yam or ½ cup rice
    1 piece fruit
    1 cup vegetables

    Meal #5
    6–8 ounces lean meat
    1 six oz. baked potato or yam or ½ cup rice
    1 piece fruit
    1 cup vegetables

    Meal #6
    6 egg whites + 1 whole egg
    1 serving oatmeal

    Plus 2 protein shakes one preworkout and one post

    5-6 per day. I need to eat every three hours or I get ravenously hungry and crabby
