Sunset or Sunrise? And why?

Sunset.
Cause I'm usually awake, the sun rises way earlier than I do.0 -
Opps. I guess I should state mine,
Sunrise, because it can make my mood for the whole day...0 -
Sunsets and only because I've seen more of them than sunrises. When the sun shines through clouds just right the colors are almost indescribable.0
-
Sunsets because then I feel accomplished for getting through the day.0
-
Both -
I enjoy both pretty much ever day.
If I had to choose, I would go reluctantly with sunset as I would be able to share that with a much larger group of people as there are not nearly as many early risers in this world.0 -
Sunrise, because everyone else is still in bed so it's nice and quiet.0
-
Sunrise. Sunsets always depress me for some reason.

Sunset cause I'm not an early morning person.0

That is a tough question. I love a sunrise because you feel optimistic about the coming day. Its cool on your skin and where I live the sun rises over the lake.
I love sunset because its warm on your skin, I am hopefully content about what I have accomplished for the day. I love the colours of a sunset, red, orange, purple, to black. I usually sit on my front porch and watch the sun disappear behind the houses and then the sky lights up with my favourite colours. Sigh...the beauty0 -
Sunrise...because I live on the east coast and can watch it over the Atlantic.0
-
Sunset because during sunrise I rather still be asleep.0

It depends on the day. When I get the chance to see a great sunrise, it can turn my whole day around. However, I love seeing a beautiful sunset at night too - it can turn the worst of days into a peaceful beautiful one. I have seen more sunsets than sunrises, as I tend to catch the sunsets going out over the lake where I live more than I see the sunrises.0

Hands down sunrise. I am up 4:30 am and on my walk before sunrise. I love to witness morning arriving each and every day. There is a peacefulness about it. There is no better way to start the day,0

Sunset- I'm a night owl... usually the sun shining in my eyes first thing in the morning is a terrible sign...0
-
Sunset...cuz ya sunrise happens waaayyy too early!0
-
Sunrise...because I live on the east coast and can watch it over the Atlantic.
Sunset...because I live on the West coast and can watch it sink into the Pacific...priceless..and also because at sunrise i'm usually stuck in my garage doing P90x3 before heading into work...  :laugh:0 -
No preference. I am both a morning and night person. I have TONS of pictures of both as AZ is one of the best places for them. Here are a few from the last month:
Sunset this last Monday Night.
Sunrise this last weekend.

You get the idea.0 -

Sunrise because my favorite beach is on the Atlantic coast. Sunset is pretty close behind though because my second favorite beach is on the Gulf coast.0
-
Sunrise -- I grew up surfing. Nothing is more beautiful than the dawning of a new day.0
-
Sunrise when they light up the Borrego Mts. in the desert.
Sunset when it lights up a big thunderhead or I see a Green Flash0 -
Sunrise= a fresh new day0
-
Mid day and sunset.
I try to get in two workouts a day if possible.
But I find at the end of a busy workday, a nice long exercise walk helps me to unwind and be calm for the rest of the evening. Also helps me to sleep better.0 -
Sunset. I live on the beach on the west coast of Australia. I get to watch the sun set on the ocean every evening. The sunsets are so incredibly beautiful and never the same.0
-
Sunset - All the fun happens when the sun goes down ;-)0
-
Sunset, love a good picture before I sleep0

No way I can pick. The calm beauty of early morning. I love hearing the robins singing so early in the morning. They are sing late into the night as well, those party animals.
But a sunset here in northern California where I live takes my breath away most days. So, I can't pick one I like better.0 -
I prefer sunrise cause it's full of promise and everything seems possible....sunsets make me feel sad for the things I didn't accomplish.0
-
Sunrises are lovely but I live on the west coast of Australia and we have some stunning sunsets
