I'm almost 32, 5'6" and last weigh in I was 210.5. Ultimate goal weight is somewhere between 150-165, I think. I have never been in shape before.

Hey gang.
I'm 33, single, no kids, INCREDIBLY bad at self-motivation! New to MFP, new to moving around, and very very old hand at yo-yo dieting.

5'6", unsure of actual weight as have eschewed scales for sometime. Buying a set this week, and will update my tracker accordingly. I think I'm about 12stone, I'd like to be more like 9 and a half.... Big ask.

I am 30 years old, 5'3 and a size 12. (177lb)
I am doing IIFYM, and weight is only a guide for me, but my goal is to get to a size 6? Or at least that is my goal now. I was an 8 last summer, would love to get back down again. I am up 20 pounds, but since I am lifting, and changing my body comp, I am really only worried how I look with my clothes off, not what a scale says

Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 27, 5'2", and trying to get back to my healthiest weight of about 120 lbs. I started at 144 a couple months ago and am currently 137, so I'm making progress. I'm counting macros and trying weight training for the first time in my life! Also doing some cardio (mostly the elliptical) 3 x a week. I'm more concerned with being healthy and strong than getting thin. I also have a chronic illness (lupus w/ fibromyalgia overlap) which involves tons of different symptoms that makes it that much harder. But I'm not gonna give up! Anyone feel free to add me!
