I know this has been discussed before, but for the life of me I can't find the thread where I read it. So I am asking again.
I am starting to do Insanity in the mornings and well I am really not a morning person and I dont want to be tired all day. I recall someone talking about something they take after doing insanity in the morning to keep them going throughout the day...
any suggestions and help?
thanks! :flowerforyou:

Well...Beachbody sells the P90X Recovery formula that they talk about in both P90X and Insanity. It really does nothing for energy. Many people take a pre-workout mix that has some caffeine in it. A lot of people are taking Jack3D or Fuzion K-akg. You can find Jack3D at most vitamin stores or online at www.bodybuilding.com. I take Fuzion by Nutrishop. It's a bit more in price. The pre-workout mixes help you wake up, get through the workout, and get on with your day.0
