    My thighs are sore and retaining water from my squats yesterday, and I've still somehow lost .5" off of them. Damn those heavy weights!

    Fri nites are always less crowded at the y so i was so looking forward to empty squat rack. They both were being used so i did goblet squats and kept waiting for an opening ,it didnt happen so i had to modify my leg routine a bit. But while i was on the leg press i got to "watch" some serious BA deadlifts by a huge guy, and then they were all gathered round another guy doing what yall call "all the plates" squats, very impressive, lots of grunting, and it was just shameful of me to linger. These guys were definetly not neglecting there legs.
