    STARTING WEIGHT: 189
    WEEK 1: Goal: 188, Actual: 188

    MON - Workout Minutes: 91 mins Fiber Intake: 18
    TUE - Workout Minutes: 106 Fiber Intake: 18
    WED - Workout Minutes: 134 Fiber Intake: 31
    THU - Workout Minutes: 33 Fiber Intake: 11
    FRI - Workout Minutes: 60 Fiber Intake: ##
    SAT - Workout Minutes: 131 Fiber Intake: ##
    SUN - Workout Minutes: 0 Fiber Intake: ##

    ***Work out at least 210 mins this week (30 mins/day) and get 25g of Fiber***

    I did great logging the first few days and then fell off the wagon. I was able to keep up with the working out mins but fell behind on the fiber intake. I was happy I was able to meet my goal weight for the week and can't wait to get this week started! Good Luck everyone!
