My biggest struggle is snack food. I make healthy meals, but when I want a snack, I want it right then and if I don't have something healthy I can have quick, I make bad choices. I especially lose my will power between 3 and 6 pm. Hope to work on that and also make sure I do some form of exercise every day. So far I've been good this week.0 -

I'd like to join also---I have been on off this webpage for a few years---need the motivation badly as I've been going the wrong way. I need to lose 6.3 pounds---and the last six pounds are just as difficult as six five pounds. Every time my weight goes up, so does my cholesterol---and I am genetically predisposed to drop dead of a heart attack. I have resisted meds because I know when my weight goes down, so does my cholesterol level. So, I'm back on the band wagon---my lab work is overdue----achhhhh!
