I'm in! I have lost 41 pounds so far and am 3 sizes down. I have purchased one pair of pants two sizes down from where I started and they are baggy. I told myself (and my husband) that when I have lost a total of 50, I am buying all new clothes. Almost there!

What I think that helped me was I received a dress that I order for a wedding and I couldn't zip it up all the way :mad:
So what I did was hung the dress up in my hallway as a constant reminder to watch what I eat and my portion sizes.
