    I'll get in on this.
    Aug. 1 = 4.70 miles split across 2 walks.
    Aug. 2 = 5.38 miles across 2 walks.
    Aug. 3 = 3 mile walk ( I picked blackberries for a good portion of the day, so I knocked off on my 2nd walk, lol)
    I've got a hyper-active boxer that's keeps me going at around a 3.5 mph pace (he's constantly motivating me to go faster). I'm down around 40lbs so far, my dog has gone from 87lbs down to 76lbs. We both feel better.

    Before starting my weight loss journey, I used to get the bus to and from work, and just about everywhere else I needed to go. Now I walk 4.4 miles a day/5 days per week (round trip to and from work), and then every evening I walk another 6 miles, sometimes a little more.

    Miles already logged on Runkeeper since the 1st August: 17.71 miles

    So I guess my aim for the rest of the month (starting tomorrow) will be:

    17 days @ 4.4 miles = 74.8 miles
    27 days @ 6 miles = 162 miles

    Total: 255 miles

    I think I can do this!

    I walked just over 3 miles in 1 hour on Friday and a bit less than an hour on Saturday. Sunday I didn't walk, unless you count walking around my house while I was cleaning, haha. :)

    Tuesday 8/5 - 35 minutes walking around the block on my lunch break. :)

    I just remembered I needed to come back to this thread.

    Had a few rainy days at the beginning of this month and I didn't go walking. :(

    But here's my walks so far:

    8/4 = 1.65 miles (30 minutes)
    8/6 = 1.65 miles (30 minutes)

    Total so far = 3.3 miles. I need to step up my game!
