yesterday walked right at 18,000 steps!!! i try each day for over 10,000. Being a teacher and a coach it is doable during the week, the weekends is my problems but last Sunday I got in 1.8 miles.0

I just started this past Monday but I have logged my steps and distance.
Day 1- 30 minutes morning/30 minutes evening for a total of 3.2 miles and 7,580 steps.
Day 2- 30 minutes morning/34 minutes evening for a total of 3.4 miles and 8,670 steps
Day 3- 31 minutes morning//25 minutes evening for a total of 2.66 miles and 8057 steps
Day 4- 29 minutes morning/38 minutes evening (we stopped to look at the scenery) for a total of 3.4 miles and 8600 steps
My goal is to get to 10,000 steps starting next Monday!0 -

Hit my goal of 28 miles this month on Thursday the 21st. Weather is crazy hot right now for the next week or so. Still walking but not with the intensity I was earlier.
