greek yogurt. coffee. Same every day; I am really not a breakfast person but the nutritionist told me to get something in there so the yogurt does the job.

I had oats with vanilla, peaches, half and half and walnuts. Two cups of coffee. And a few pieced of fruit from a fruit bowl.

My breakfast was kinda lower protein then I need so I''m feeling hungry.... :/

I make an egg beater casserole on Sundays and eat for breakfast everyday throughout the week.

2 cups egg whites or egg beaters (I prefer egg beaters)
8 slices Nature's own honey wheat bread (40 calories a slice)
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cups turkey sausage crumbles (jimmy dean)
2 cups part skim shredded colby (80 cal per serving)
    1/2T ground mustard
    pepper
    crushed red pepper

    1) Tear up bread in large casserole dish
    2) sprinkle with sausage crumbles & red pepper flakes
    3) Pour egg mixture over
    4) Sprinkle cheese over top
    5) Bake 350 for 30 min.

    Serves: 8 (Approx. 240 cal, 13 carbs, 11 fat, 28 protein, 3 fiber, 830 sodium)

It's Monday morning and on my way to work, I stopped in at the local Subway and picked up a 3" flatbread breakfast sandwich with egg white, pepperjack cheese, jalapenos, spinach, and bacon. And of course, black coffee.

    8 bananas
    3 dates
    250ml coconut water

Blended into smoothie & drunk as fast as possible.

Like the previous poster...that IS a lot of bananas!
Also, why did you drink it: '...as fast as possible.' ??

Well because the bananas start to smell after a while. I like the smell but not that much. Plus it's breakfast & 2ltrs of smoothie has to go all in one lot for me or I'll be so full I wont be able to drink it all up. Trust me by the end of the day on my HCLF days I end up eating 30 bananas in total. THAT is a lot of nanas

It's the "8 bananas in one go" that makes you puke, not the squats ;)

Loving all of these great breakfast ideas. This morning was an egg-white omelette; egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, bacon bits and cheese with Tuscan seasoning.
