Those look really good. Actually, there are a bunch of really good sounding recipes on there and from the one I looked at, easy enough for even someone as inept as me in the kitchen to make.

Exactly what is it about starchy foods that you think is detrimental to weight loss? Whoever told you this was misinformed. Eat whatever you want at a calorie deficit and you will still lose weight.0
