    Goat Cheese

Most of my other staple items have pretty much stayed the same, I just buy more of some things and less of others. I initially bought the goat cheese from Costco as a replacement for cream cheese and now I put it on everything.

    -Peanut butter
    -Fruit popsicles
    -Special K chips
    -yogurt

I love peppers and the flavor they add to my (sometimes bland) food. I'm less tempted to eat junk if I can have something healthy with some spice to it.
