Goal: as much as I can do without killing myself.
WED: 2119 calories. 90 mins eliptical and 30 mins of kettlebell/ Indian clubs.
THURS; 1390 calories. 62mins eliptical, 30mins walking dog 3.0mph, and 10min weight lifting (chest and arms)
FRI: 484 calories. 30 mins of kettlebells/Indian clubs... wasnt feeling so good today so I just did a little workout
SAT: 1231 calories, 20 mins of push ups and sit ups and 50 mins on the eliptical
SUN: 1090 calories. 60mins on the eliptical
MON: 1181 calories. 65mins on eliptical.
TUES: 2509 calories 65mins- eliptical, 30mins- walking dog, 30mins- kettlebells Edit: 75mins- other
Total: 10,004 calories burned.
