Minus the routine stuff that I have & log every day - water, black coffee, and vitamins:
    --carbmaster milk
    --Chike coffee protein powder
    --romaine lettuce
    --strawberries
--Trader Joe's top sirloin roast beef
(yes I am a low carb/high protein eater)

I'm delighted with how healthy this looks, but it's largely due to lunchtime salads during the working week. If anyone is concerned, mayo is at 11, McCoys are at 13, wotsits are at 18 and my favourite take-away meal is at 20 (oops)
