Trying again.

I have used this app before and had success and did lose weight but after 6 months I got burnt out on adding things and remembering to add what I'd eaten, and not being able to find food items in the list that were at least comparable to a meal so that I could be counting calories accurately. I just like to eat and cook. I have zero motivation even tho the mirror and tight fitting clothes tell me every day that I need to do something.

So here I go again. Starting mid-day so my breakfast was garbage but it's in there, honestly.

One of my main struggles is finding the motivation and time to exercise. And I like to eat, clearly. The other main struggle is being able to afford healthy foods and the time to cook healthy meals.

I'm going to give another shoot and see if I can get my butt in gear to make some life style changes. I know that's the key. You can count calories and loose all the weight you want but once you stop if you haven't changed the way you eat and the choices you make then you can count on that weight coming right back, with a vengeance.
