Poster telling woman to shut up because she's a woman - tick.
Poster claiming woman's contribution is inferior because she's menstruating - tick.
Poster trying to close women down by claiming she doesn't have a sense of humour...

I've seen plenty of men posting in threads created by a woman, specifically asking other women questions like "what's the best bra for busty ladies" or "what workouts do you do when it's TOM?" - so... works both ways... Just because input isn't needed or asked for definitely doesn't mean people will actually keep their input to themselves. However, I do agree - if it's a "men's only" class, in this hypothetical situation, then women's opinions aren't really relevant, because they wouldn't be able to go to the class anyway.
Well the women's opinions could be very relevant, but not so much the answer to the specific question asked.

As to my answer, I have never done yoga so I have no opinion on male vs female, monk vs non-monk, so I would probably go if I was actually going to go to a yoga class.
