CC is pretty bland, so I like to spice it up with finely chopped red onions, or salsa.

Salsa. Brilliant! This shall be the way I will try cottage cheese in the future when I get over my skeevies of it living in water.

    I eat it with a spoon :)

It's a bit mild, but I'm a weirdo because I like the texture. I will usually pair it with oatmeal or dry cereal and a piece of fruit for breakfast.

Generally with fresh fruit, i.e. 1 medium peach or 5 strawberries per 1 c of Daisy 2% cottage cheese. I eat Daisy because most of the other cc's have carrageenan in them and I don't want that. I have also eaten it with fresh tomatoes which gives it more of a savory taste.

This may sound weird, but I do enjoy CC with Dill Pickles.

If I don't have pickles I usually eat it with pineapple or blueberries

I also like cc with dill pickles and toast, and I sometimes mix in some flaked tuna.

I've eaten cottage cheese melted with hot oatmeal and salted like grits, or mixed with chicken and garlic to taste kind of like chicken alfredo, or mixed with various kinds of fruits and/or yogurt. Cottage cheese may not taste like much, but you can add it to almost anything.

I like to make a nonfat veggie dip with nonfat cottage cheese, nonfat sour cream (container of each) and 1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian dressing. It is delish and even better the second day.

Also like cottage cheese with fresh pineapple and cinnamon.

Forgot to mention, for the veggie dip, blend the cottage cheese, nonfat sour cream, and dry Italian dressing seasoning packet together first before enjoying with fresh veggies.

I eat it most often with just a dash of black pepper or cayenne pepper. Occasionally on toast.

I also like mixing it in raw eggs to scramble. Makes 'em fluffy and yummy. And I like cottage cheese infused scrambled eggs with hot sauce. I actually had that recently.

Cottage cheese is also good with fruit, my fave fruit to eat with cottage cheese is kiwi and bananas

    Also yummy mixed in salads.

I'll sometimes use it in smoothies, but only if I'm out of greek yogurt.

    Everything and anything.

I just had it with reduced fat wheat thin, seasoned with black pepper and lots of chili powder. So good!
