    You look great. well done. Thank you for sharing as it is such an encouragement to those of us who have only started recently and to be honest I was beginning to flag a little. I too suffer from depression and sometimes don't feel i have the energy but having seen what you have achieved has made me determined to keep going even when it's hard.

    You look amazing great job I to lost about 80 pounds in like 2006 and gained it all back plus 15 more trying all year to get it together to start again. Glad I found this app to help me focus
