What was your calorie intake in comparison to your work out regiment? I have only lost 22lbs since February 2014...My weight loss has pretty much come to a stand still since June. However, my measurements are down but my weight fluctuates between 218.4 and 221.8. I work out 3-4 times a week for 25 - 70 minutes. My calorie intake is about 2040 calories a day and I and burning 340 - 800 calories per workout. Any insight you can give me is helpful. Also, I started at 240lbs.

Great Job man!!. I started in February 2014 at 265lbs+ and its now August and am at 179lbs. End goal is probably 150-160, then start on a steady weight training routine. Stories like these help the rest of us stay motivated knowing it can be done. 8)0
